Registration fee

Payment is possible either by bank transfer or by credit card.

Registration fee includes conference material, admission to lectures, posters, coffee breaks and the welcome reception. Student fee applies to participants who do not have a PhD degree, or obtained it less than three years ago.
Price of the conference banquet dinner is an additional 65 EUR per person.

Registration fee for accompanying persons amounts to 30 EUR and includes admission to coffee breaks and the welcome reception. Accompanying persons can be registered either via the on-line registration process or by email. Registration emails of accompanying persons should be addressed to Ms. Orsolya Heinczinger, Connections2000 Event and Incoming Agency, istcp2013 at conn2000.hu .

Upon registration, hotel rooms at the congress site can be reserved optionally. If you make this reservation, the hotel price is added to the registration fee, but there is a possibility to request two separate invoices for the selected items.

Refund policy

Please alert Ms. Orsolya Heinczinger, Connections2000 Event and Incoming Agency, via email ( istcp2013 at conn2000.hu ), if a registration or hotel reservation needs to be cancelled.

Registration cancellation

• For cancellations made before the 30th of April, full refund is possible, only a handling charge will be subtracted.
• For cancellations between the 1st of May and 31st of July, 50% refund is possible.
• Refunds can not be made after the 31st of July.

Hotel reservation refunds

• Full refund is possible (except handling charge) until 45 days prior to arrival.
• 1 day room charge + handling charge will be withdrawn if room reservation is cancelled within 45 days before arrival.
