in its broadest sense, can become a member of the Society.
The membership is free" (the Bylaw of ISTCP).
Normally, joining of members with a PhD is expected. Exceptionally,
graduate students may also join if they feel
a long-term commitment to the goals of ISTCP and plan to continue their
research after their PhD in the field of theoretical chemical physics.
